Privacy policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Glimsbee ("we", "us") manufactures custom protective soft goods for OEM programs. This policy explains what information we collect through glimsbee.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Information you give us

When you submit our OEM program review form we collect the name, company, work email, product type, program stage, estimated annual volume, target launch date, program brief, and any files you choose to attach (drawings, photos, specifications). Providing this information is voluntary; we need it to evaluate whether we are a fit for your program and to reply to you.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand how visitors find and use the site. These services set cookies and may record your IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and whether a form was submitted. This data is used in aggregate to measure advertising performance — not to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

How we use your information

· To review your program and respond to your request.
· To prepare quotations, samples, and program documentation.
· To communicate with you about the project you contacted us about.
· To measure the performance of our advertising in aggregate.

We do not use your submission for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to newsletters without asking.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Google Drive) and delivered by email to our team. Access is limited to Glimsbee personnel involved in program review. Attachments are kept in a private company folder. We retain submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and support the program, and then delete them on request.

Confidentiality of technical information

Drawings, specifications, and product details you send are treated as confidential and shared internally only as needed to prepare a response. A mutual NDA is available on request before you send sensitive files — just ask and we will send one.

Service providers

We rely on Google (Workspace, Analytics, Ads) for site hosting analytics, form storage, and email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also share information with qualified manufacturing partners when a secondary process is required for your program — under confidentiality obligations, and only the information needed to quote or produce the part.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing customersupport@glimsbee.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data rights (for example the EU/UK or California), we honor those rights on request.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and submissions travel encrypted. Company accounts are access-controlled. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending information you consider critical without an NDA in place.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date above.
