SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.
Our shipments always come with a tracking number.
In case your shipment(s) does not arrive or gets lost please contact us, if applicable we will send you a replacement or a refund.
IMPORTANT Shipping update: Please be aware that due to the current worldwide situation orders may be subject of delay, we appreciate your patience during this period of time.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER ORDER DATE?
Shipping times depend on most cases on how fast customs in your country processes the package, however, most of the times you may receive your items earlier unless there are circumstances beyond our control such as custom holds, natural disasters, country regulations, etc. The duration mainly depends on the the destination country. Delays may occur due to holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as earthquakes, floods or typhoons. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.

IF I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WILL IT BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY OR TOGETHER?
Depending on the products that you ordered and where the item is currently being manufactured and stored, different items may be sent from different places. We do this to ensure faster and more efficient delivery times for you.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers are included in your shipping confirmation email. Shipment processing time for all orders could take up to 5 business days, once this takes place the shipping confirmation email is automatically sent. To review the shipping status you may use the Tracking link that appears in our main menu of our web page.
